At a festive event, the management of KAPP NILES honoured long-standing employees who have made a significant contribution to the success story of the group of companies with a total of 745 years of service. A total of eight employees were honoured for 40 years and 17 employees for 25 years of loyalty to the company.
Matthias and Michael Kapp greeted the employees celebrating their anniversaries and expressed their appreciation. ‘Your commitment and loyalty have played a key role in making us what we are today,’ emphasised Matthias Kapp. ‘This extraordinary solidarity and your knowledge are an invaluable asset that we can continue to build on in the future.’
