KX 260 DYNAMIC KAPP NILES Gear centre

DYNAMIC 系列具有最短的装调时间和最短的辅助生产时间，简直是为汽车工业而生。其设计以集成式装载功能和可选择配备的自动工件夹紧装置更换系统为基础。在基本工艺时间内，另一个 Pick-Up 轴可卸载加工完的 工件并装载一个未加工的零件。工件可在工作间外进行校准。为缩短辅助生产时间，工件心轴已经加速至可以摆入工作间中。

唯一使用的加工方法是使用可修整磨削刀具连续滚动磨削。根据不同的应用情况，在修整装置上既可以采用带有一体化齿顶修整器的修整刀具，也可以采用多槽修整刀具。集成的自动化系统可将面积需求降至最低。可选择配备拓扑滚动磨削。
