KNG 350 flex 以紧凑且装配优化的机床设计为基础，适用于从样件到大批量生产的加工任务。不仅可以加工外齿啮合的工件，也可以加工内齿啮合的工件。 带有承压支撑的磨削主轴，性能经过优化，专门为采用宽度不超过 200毫米的大型蜗杆砂轮而设计。 因此高效加工的优势得以体现，特别是在加工大模数工件以及在选择超精磨或抛光磨工艺采用组合式蜗砂轮杆的时候。

从手动上下料到全自动化的解决方案都适用，这种设计提供了充分的灵活性。功能齐全且符合人体工程学的机床设计和便于使用的 KN grind 操作界面相结合，给设置和优化磨削项目提供支持。通过配备磨削辅助轴，可以采用小型成形磨砂轮进行加工。 采用内齿磨削装置，既可以加工渐开线内齿齿轮，也可以加工特殊齿轮。
