You can visit our page without revealing your personal data. Should you give us your personal data in the context of our job market, subscribing to our newsletter or by sending a contact enquiry, we will handle that data as follows. The data collected serves the KAPP Technologies L.P. exclusively for consultation with you, the submission of product or service quotations, advertising purposes as well as the transmission of related information and will not be passed on to third parties. All data collected is treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Collecting, processing and utilising data  

1. General

Personal data is "details about the personal or material circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person" ("party concerned"). Personal data includes, for example name, IP address, postal and email address. The company KAPP GmbH & Co KG utilises your personal data in compliance with the applicable statutory regulations. All personal data is not stored any longer than necessary and only on servers in Germany.  

2. Automatically collected usage data
Every time this website is accessed, so-called usage data is recorded in server log files. This usage data is automatically transmitted by your internet browser. It includes the following information:

- IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the computer from which is accessed
- internet address of the website through which was accessed (so-called source or referrer URL)
- name of the service provider through which is accessed
- description of the data or information accessed
- date and time as well as duration of the request
- quantity of data transferred
- operating system and information about the internet browser of the computer accessing
- http status code (eg "request successful" or "requested file not found").  

For a maximum of ten days, KAPP GmbH & Co KG stores the above-mentioned log data before anonymising it. An exception is data that is required to be stored longer for the purpose of providing proof. In some cases, log data can be passed on to the investigating authorities. Furthermore, this log data is stored and statistically evaluated exclusively in an anonymised form.    

3. Contact form
Data collected in the context of the contact form is only used to reply to your questions. This data is not used for advertising purposes or passed on to third parties.    

4. Newsletter
By entering your data in the newsletter subscription form and sending the enquiry you are agreeing to the receipt of the KAPP NILES newsletter. The newsletter is sent by email and contains information about new products, invitations to trade fairs and news from within the company group. Your personal data that we process in order to send the newsletter will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter for the future at any time.

5. Cookies
