The observance of human rights and environmental protection as well as the safety of our employees and the people who work with our products enjoy the highest priority in our company.
With the establishment of the "Reporting Office for Whistleblowers" in accordance with the German Law for better Protection of Whistleblowers (HinSchG), we enable our employees, customers, suppliers and any other person to report violations of legal regulations committed by a company of the KAPP NILES group or its employees and agents.
Every notice is an opportunity to strengthen our own claim to responsible corporate governance. We guarantee that in the KAPP NILES group every notice is given the necessary and respectful attention it deserves. The processing is impartial and professionally independent.

The information you provide, as well as your identity as a whistleblower, will be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the provisions of the HinSchG.
The necessary processing of data takes place exclusively in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).
After submitting your notice, if we have your contact information, we will acknowledge receipt of the notice within seven (7) days. After a diligently check by the “Reporting Office for Whistleblowers”, we will inform you within a further three (3) months, if we have your contact information, about the result of the check and the possible follow-up measures.
The documentation of each notice will be deleted three (3) years after the conclusion of the corresponding procedure, unless longer storage is required and proportionate by statutory provisions.
