KAPP Training - an investment in our future
KAPP gives young people the chance for a promising start into
professional life. We recognize the fact that we are not only
training new employees, but training our future.
About 15 percent of our staff members are apprentices who are trained not only in practice but who are also educated extensively in theory and application in addition to attending vocational school. Our apprenticeships last up to 3.5 years. This time frame ensures that our young people have the tools they need for success in our highly demanding industry.
We offer training as:
KAPP also cultivates particularly intense relationships with our local University of Applied Sciences in Coburg. In addition to mechanical engineering it offers 23 different disciplines.
